Momo, the girl with the starry eyes, lives in an amphitheater near the city and spends happy days with her friends Beppo street sweeper, Gigi tour guide and the children from the area. Momo has a special gift: she can listen well and thus comfort others. Suddenly gray women and men appear, the agents of a "time savings bank". As people become more and more hectic, they forget to live in the now and enjoy the beautiful. Momo feels the cold that comes up and wants to do something about it.
Can Momo use the turtle Cassiopeia to find the way to the mysterious master Hora, the keeper of the hour flowers, and bring back their lost time for people?
